An informal study has shown that dying the kid’s hair darker may deter haunting while merely putting a wig on the kid is an effective deterrent for ghosts that are a little on the stupid side.

Realtors in the state of New York are required to tell prospective home buyers if the property they are showing is haunted. This is commonly known as the “Amityville Law.”
